How to use

Due to their nutty, crunchy taste and texture, these sunflower shoots go exceptionally well in salads. The crunch fits right in with what you would expect from nice, fresh lettuce, and the nutty flavor adds just a little bit of personality to most of your typical salad dressings. Lately, we've started using our sunflower shoots to add some extra crunch to our sandwiches during lunchtime, too!
